How do I pay for my horse couture?
You can easily pay for your horse couture in advance by bank transfer, direct debit, PayPal, credit card or payment by instalments. bezahlen.

Can I return my horse couture?
Of course you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, but this is at your own expense. The item must be unused, of course. Custom-made items are non-refundable.
What size do I choose for my pony/horse?
To make it easier for you to choose the right size, you will find an overview of sizes below:
- Shetty - 35cm - for small ponies like Shettys
- Pony/Cob - 40cm - for ponies and cobs
- Full - 42cm - for normal sporthorse heads
- XFull - 44cm - for warmbloods with wide or large heads
Do the browbands also fit on double bridles?
The loop for the cheek pieces is approx. 3 cm wide on our browbands. This should fit well on most double bridles. If you want to be absolutely sure, we recommend that you measure your double bridle.
Where and how is my horse couture made?
Both your headband and all your jewellery are lovingly handcrafted in our factory in Münster, Westphalia. Here, the individual stones and colour sequences are set by hand in their settings exactly as you have chosen them, and the resulting inlay is inserted into the leather headband.
