Return

In the very unlikely event that you don't like your order or the product you ordered doesn't fit, you may return your order or part of your order. That's no problem, as long as the products are unused and you notify us of the return within 14 days. Please note our cancellation policy. Wiederrufsbelehrung.

In order to simplify the allocation of your return, please announce the receipt of the return via the contact form.

Important note: We can only accept returns if the products have been sent back in full. Especially if you want to return a bridle, please check whether all parts are actually complete (including small parts such as leather straps).

Complaint

You ordered a product from us that arrived damaged? Or did you buy a product from us less than a year ago that now has serious defects?

Please inform us about any defects. Our goal is to make our customers happy. This includes not only the design but also the quality. If your product shows a defect in the material or workmanship (not normal signs of use) during regular use within one year, we will replace or repair your item.
